How to access the screening and testing services
Private individuals who wish to access the services can contact the laboratory by telephone to make an appointment and agree times and methods for the testing and screening requested.
Private individuals requesting chemical-toxicological analyses will need to show an identity document, social security number and a written request from the family doctor.
Results can be collected by showing the payment receipt together with an identity document. If the results are to be collected by a person other than the individual who initially requested the tests, the individual collecting the results will need to bring proof that they have been delegated, their own identity document and a copy of the delegating party’s identity document.
Results can be collected from the office at the following times: from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 13.00.
The laboratory secretary is available to provide information on how to collect and deliver samples, how to send or collect results and details of the rates.
Access to consultancy services
Private individuals who wish to make use of forensic medico-legal or toxicological consultancy can contact the laboratory secretary by phone or email to make an appointment with our professional team.
Payment
The cost for the screening from For. Med. Lab. is set following the official tariffs which can be viewed on this site. Payment can be made in cash, by debit/credit card or by bank transfer to:
